Steaks!

The best way I have found to prepare these tender morsels is by simply thawing any of the steaks in warm water (keeping them in the package while thawing).  Depending on the size and thickness it may take anywhere from 8-15 minutes.  Pull them out of the package. They may be cooked all of the conventional ways.  Baked, Broiled, Grilled or Pan Fried.  I am always on the go so I find that pan frying is a great option. Lay your steak down at medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes than flip. You hear all the time a good chef can cook a steak with only 1 flip. This is true, however for the thicker steaks I have personally found that if  I take my time and flip them a couple times I can get them perfectly the way my wife likes them. At this time I will add a little season all (McCormic season all is my Fav) and a little bit of garlic salt. Try it. I have found only a few steakhouses that I am happy with after eating my steaks religously. Bon Apetit!
